The above fees are inclusive of:
Travel to and from Record Offices in Northumberland and Durham (extra charges would
be incurred for travel to Cumbria, Lancashire and
Yorkshire Records Offices);
Postage, packing and telephone costs;
A computer generated Family Tree and genealogical report.
Some clients may wish to have only a few parish
look-ups or copies of census material. Please contact us to discuss your
individual needs.
Payment:

by cheque made
payable to: P M and L M Smith (Address will be provided when payment is
due)

using PayPal
Payment is required in advance.
What if we don't find anything?
Every effort will be made to find information for you, but sometimes records
may not always survive. As we will have spent time looking for information, a
charge would still need to be implemented.
We do, however, guarantee our full commitment and have
clients who return many times for different strands of their family tree.
